Product returns
We simply ask that you follow these few reasonable guidelines:

Product(s) must be returned within 30 days of order date
• Please include a copy of your invoice
• Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. We’re sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.
• We would greatly appreciate if you would include a brief note with the reason for your return as your feedback helps us continue to make improvements to our products and services.
We recommend that your return or exchange be sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.

Damaged Items
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at info@swedishskincare.com. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
