Swedish Skin Care, Inc. is pleased to announce that the Company's application for patent protection in Canada has been granted as Canadian Patent No. 2,301,009. The Company also has patent protection in the United States for its technology; U.S. Patent No. 6,096,326. For years, John Abaté International®; has been one
of the most respected names in the tanning products industry.
The partnership commenced beginning of 2002, assigning JA the
exclusive world-wide rights to specifically adapt U.S. Patent
6,096,326 for the tanning industry. As a result, JA successfully
introduced JA Radiance™ at the ITA World Expo in Nashville,
Tennessee in November 2002.
